Things to keep in mind when buying
Check for electric plug damage. Make sure the “flapper” opens and closes tightly and the spring is in good shape.
Installation Tips
Replace the gasket, verify all things during the buying process again to verify nothing was damaged in shipment.
Ongoing maintenance
Really no maintenance issue. You could look inside periodically to make sure there is no building. An important thing though is to keep your air filter clean.
